Joe Leszner

Joe Leszner is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). He holds a Master’s Degree in Human Kinetics with a specialization in sport psychology. He is a Professional Member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology. Joe works as a CMPC within the Canadian sport system, striving to help individuals and teams achieve optimal performance and well-being. He has supported athletes and teams at multiple major games, most recently the Paris 2024 Olympic & Paralympic Games.
